What is an MLM Binary Plan?
You’ve done your due diligence and are almost ready to make the leap and launch your own network marketing business. Then you heard the words “MLM binary” and, while you nodded like you understand exactly what it means – you really have no idea.
You aren’t alone. MLM compensation plans are some the most difficult things on the planet to understand, unless you are good at math.
But thankfully, most mlm binary programs are quite easy to comprehend when you sit down and crunch the numbers.
So What is an MLM Binary Plan?
The word binary means two. So think in terms of two.
When you sign up and begin building your new business your first goal will be to go out and find two people who also wish to work towards securing time and financial freedom.
After you sign these 2 people up they are going to be what is called your front line. Because you are working in a binary program you and everybody else in the business is only allowed to have up to 2 people on their front line. Just two.
So now your business is composed of you and 2. Fred and Sally.
And in a perfect world both Fred and Sally would now sponsor 2 who sponsor 2 who sponsor 2, etc, and everybody gets rich outside their most extravagant dreams. But , unfortunately, we reside in the real world and chances are Fred and Sally will not do to much of anything whatsoever .
The next step will be to recruit more people, but because you can only have 2 people on your front line, the following two recruits have to either go under Fred or Sally or one can go under each. It’s your decision to keep the legs balanced.
Now what is an Mlm Binary Spillover?
When you dropped your new recruits into the downlines of Fred and Sally, they received upline spillover.
Put simply, you have helped them build one side of their business based on your efforts. And this is one of the huge benefits of the MLM binary compensation plan – the idea that, if you have an active upline, they might basically help you build half your business.
The thing with an MLM binary system is that you’ve got to continue to sign up people and put them on the opposite side of your business so the 2 legs of the binary system balance, because most plans will only pay you a commission if the business volumes really balance. So you could enjoy some really big spillover, but you will only get paid when you start to add new people to your business.
So although you believed you were prepared to start your business this is another side that you must look at. It isn’t an issue of MLM binary being the right system for you, the issue is how are you going to market your business to build your downline?
What sort of budget do you have for advertising and marketing?
Have you considered using a lead generation system, which by the use of attraction marketing should help to explode your business.
Are you also aware that in MLM you will be looked up to as a leader by your downline, they’re going to expect you to assist them with their business and to achieve their goals.
These are the most vital questions, actually, because if any person has made money through a mlm binary program (and many have) then it is not the comp plan that’s in question.
