New network marketers who join an opportunity come in convinced that they’ll be able to recruit new members. But actually they only manage to recruit about 2 new team members during their whole time in network marketing.

If you aim for recruiting at least one hundred new people into your network marketing business, then in time you’ll be able to see a serious income. Even if you managed to signup 2 heavy hitters, you need to still go on with your MLM sponsoring and recruiting efforts till you have at least those 100 people.
Of course the big secret (which isn’t really a secret) is to find how to create more qualified leads. The people that are really serious about finding out about your business, your opportunity, and your service. A flow of qualified leads that you and your team will be in a position to handle efficiently.

That’s where the rubber meets the road and you have got to wrap your mind around “sales and marketing” to make this happen.

There are three main paths to create leads so as to be in a position to get your opportunity out in front of people every day. Local networking can be useful. This is commonly known as the “3 foot rule”. Get into the habit of approaching and connecting with everybody you meet daily.
Learn the most cost-effective ways to advertise your business. Even if it means paying for classified ads, getting vehicle magnets, or posting fliers. Pool some money with your team and share advertising costs. As people make a response to those advertising efforts get busy, and get into the MLM sponsoring mode.
