Every day hundreds of people invest their money to join a network marketing opportunity with the expectation of making some further income working only one or two hours per week from home. Many new network marketers confuse a system with a tool and it can be a dear mistake, because tools don’t a system make. The truth is a system can comprise of tools. A good network marketing system will use several tools, but one tool on its own can only be worthless unless it can be amalgamated into an effective system and become part of a series of processes built to achieve a specific result.
As an example, your company could hand out DVDs that contain an awesome show that will in itself generate interest in your product or opportunity. But if you want to give these out and not do anything more, they would be pretty much pointless as the idea is not only to give away free DVDs but to gather information from people who have seen these DVDs and got involved in your products and opportunity, and who would like to learn more.
A webinar event hosted by heavy hitters in the business is great as a sponsoring tool. It’ll be utterly pointless when offered on its own and not part of a series of steps which should be taken including registration and gathering of prospects’ information for follow-up.
Complete Network Marketing System Example
Systems need to be a series of steps built to produce a desired end result.
Thus a good online network marketing system will be a total process using organic search engine methods, following these steps:
A market research tool will be used to choose a target audience, that has an interest in, or a need for your items. For instance this target market might be overweight people.
By utilizing a search site keyword research tool, you will identify which keywords and phrases people are using to find information in your selected niche. In the above example they would be words like “diet”, or “how to lose weight”.
Use tools to determine how many web pages, blog posts, articles or advertisements are competing for the specified key terms and select the least competitive, best-chance results.
Write or outsource the writing of an information problem / solution article.
These articles can be hand submitted individually to article marketing sites, or they can be submitted to a tool like a service who will submit these for you.
You also use tools to promote your article by pinging, using social bookmarking, and gaining back links by commenting on other blogs and forums.
